How can I change the settings of a clockface?
The settings of a clockface can be changed at the Fitbit App on your smartphone. You can find a detailed instruction here:
How to Change Settings of a Clockface
The display is unstable, data fields disappear from the display
The displayed data of the clock face can be changed on most clock faces by tapping on the display. You may have accidentally tapped a location that triggers such a switch. Please look at the description of the corresponding clock face. Sometimes you can turn off this switching in the settings of the clock face on the smartphone.
The display is completely white, there is no longer a dial
Most dials have a built-in flashlight that is activated by tapping the top right corner. To prevent the flashlight from being switched on accidentally, a quick double-tap is required. Sometimes you turn on the flashlight accidentally. If this function is not desired, it can be deactivated in the settings on the smartphone. Please have a look at the corresponding description of the clock face.
